I have not been able to get Remington to answer any emails. Anyone else having issues?

I also can't register online even though they say I can. No place to do it.

Is the company in a failure mode?

     I got an answer to an email 5 days ago on the 13th.  Sometimes they are a little lackadaisical about emails.   Do you mean Warranty registration? 
I was able to access that site.   Have you tried calling them?  .

We were able to register our serial numbers via the warranty web page.
