Noob to Remington, old to pistols
« on: March 06, 2020, 07:19:13 AM »
Hi All.  I am from Texas and just purchased my first Remington - a beautiful R51.  I have a good number of semi autos in quite a range of calibers, but my only single stack is a Bersa 380.  I had long been considering a nice single stack 9 and had been leaning towards the Taurus G2S, but the remmy caught my eye and the attention of my wallet - 209.00 + tax (and spare mags are reasonably priced, to boot).  I couldn't pass up on it.  I should be able to pick her up next week and run her through the paces at the range next weekend.

I appreciate the opportunity to be a part of this forum and to learn from my fellow Remington fans.

Welcome fellow Texan!  Hope you take the time to post any information you are able to.
