Comfortable shooting

I have read several posts about "Slide Rash" etc.   I am 82.  I cured this problem with a
pair of leather riding gloves.   These are thin leather gloves that I use for shooting and driving.
Worked for me.

I put a bit of thick grip-tape under the beavertail. amazing how much of a difference <1/10" makes.
