Can you provide a link to where these are at? I couldn't find them on the Remington web site.

Are there photos or video available to illustrate the mag changes people are making?

I agree with everyone else, it looks great and makes me want one. Sell the design to an aftermarket manufacturer! I would like a skeletonized version though...

General Discussion / Re: Holster...

Thanks for the info. I am beginning to shop for a holster right now, as I bought my R51 yesterday (it hasn't arrived yet).

BTW: network upgrade? I only ask because I am a network infrastructure engineer; CCNA R&S, CWNA and am studying to get my CCNA Cyber Ops.

Introductions section / Greetings from NC/Formerly WA

I purchased a new R51 Grey yesterday online, so I haven't received it yet. I am really looking forward to it.

A little over a year ago I was at the range with my son and another shooter came up to us and asked if we would like to try shooting his gun, an R51. He explained about the 2014 version and the recall. He had just received his new one from Remington and was shooting it for the first time. He was so excited he couldn't help but share it with us. When I shot it, I loved it immediately, and shot maybe 30% more accurately. No joke. My son loved it too. I wanted to buy one, so I started doing a little research... wow, what a major bubble popper. Almost everything I read was bad. Real bad. So, of course I never bought one. It stayed in the back of my mind, though. Yesterday I saw it online for $290 from a retailer I trust. With the $100 rebate from Remington... well, I just couldn't resist. I am now waiting with crossed fingers. Both hands.

BTW: There were no problems with the R51 we used on that day, but it was a limited exposure.
