When I moved to Georgia from Michigan in 1974, they called me a "Damn Yankee" because I came and stayed. ;D

After about 10 years in Michigan, preceded by a birth in Ohio, and time in Indiana, Texas, and New Hampshire, I went to University in Arkansas. Despite the fact that my family originally settled in the Kentucky & Tennessee areas, I was immediately labeled a Damn Yankee by even my friends there. :)
