Title: 8th New Mag for my R51!

Got my 8th new mag from Big Green today.  It feels funky when I cycle
rounds through the pistol., kind of clunky.  I will try to get out to the range tomorrow,
and check it out.   If it is not too cold!
I am starting to believe that the R51 is even more picky than 1911s when it
comes to magazines.

I noticed the same with my two mags. I thought it was my imagination but one seems to feed smoother than the other when hand cycling. Maybe we need to measure the catch/release notches to see if there is a variation in depth where the mags lock into the pistol.
