I took a hit on the trade, but I had 6 SR1911s I bought after Pookie got elected the second time.
I am getting ready to order the bone grips from Keefer. Then I will have a killer looking R51.

It has been my experience that most gun stores, once the gun goes out the door, it is considered used.
Worth a try though. Bud's is usually pretty reasonable. Never bought anything from
CTD.
