I can't speak to the Galco Stinger, but I did contact Safariland regarding the R51. If others could also contact them, we might get enough demand for them to make holsters for the model. I particularly hope they make the 5198, because I love the one I have for my Ruger LC9s.
Has anybody heard if Sneaky Pete is coming out with a holster for the R51?

I've found that most but certainly not all of the OWB and IWB leather holsters for the Makarov will work rather well with the R51 too. Would post a picture but really struggle with that.
I've used the Alien holster for a few years with my PX4 Compact and found it to be very comfortable and secure. After looking around at other makes I decided to give them a look for the R51, liked it and decided to get one for my gun.
