I have a paddle holster from Fobus that is very quick to put on if I am just driving and not wearing it. I also have a no-name kydex holster the if very secure and comfortable for such a minimal holster. I probably bought 7 before I settled on these 2. My pocked holster is a DeSantis N38, but I haven't used it yet. DeSantis says it's the one though. eBay has several listed for use with the laser. I have a laser on my LCP and don't find it all that useful.

I don't need a threaded barrel, but thanks to this thread I ordered a trigger to correct the only complaint I have about the R51. Thanks.
