I agree with Blackie here.
No need to clip springs on any of mine.

But some did need the legs shortened.
And at least one will only run 100 percent with the spring installed one side up.  Turn it the other side up and it fails all over the place.

So, there certainly can be interference in the way the springs compress.  Some "snap crackle and pop" during compression.

Meaning that the coils are over running each other, but with interference.
Try turning them end for end.

And make sure that the ends do fit into the follower recesses, flat and burr free.

After lots of looking and comparing with other guns I have, but never purchased a holster for, I ordered one each for two of them.  Really hoping that one or both might just also work for the R51s, both with CT Laserguards.

The first one being for my CZ Compact, (no laser or other protruding parts.)  It is very similar to the one that Cameron posted here, but by a diferent company.

Remove an inch or inch and a half of stitching right in front of where the trigger guard stops on the CZ, and restitch it straight across, and it will hold the R51s as well.  Shoe shop, here I come!

The other is a hybrid for the Ruger SR9c, IWB, that has extra reinforced belt holes along wth metal belt clips for wearing IWB.

Converting it to OWB would be as easy as removing those said metal clips.   And it too, holds the R51s with the lasers just fine as is..  Have been wearing that one, IWB, with one of the R51s all afternoon ands its one, if not the most comfortable yet.

Closest RK here is clean accross the state, over on the St Louis side.

Along with a few scattered Orchen stores.

One, no. after a box yes. the bullet accelerates in one rotational direction, the gun is torqued in the other. the reaction to the bullet is very sudden, the reaction from your hand much slower. Happens on both my .22 (S&W 2206) and .45 (FNX45T). HKs with RH threads have an oring I think. Locktite also works if you run that way.

Yep, my point as well, I just didn't write it up as well.
Basically, vibration alone, (and bbls do vibrate!), let alone torque, will loosen threads.

Now, the common thing to stop such, a lock washer wouldn't look so good! 
But a little low/medium strength lock tight should do the trick if it tends to happen..

That said, my brother once bought an old Springfield .3006  that had been re-barreled, sporterised, with what appeared to be a washer installed between the bbl and the receiver, all machined down, and one could see that the metals did not match at all!  He didn't like what I had to say about his complete lack of noticing, or caring!  I wouldn't have shot it on a bet!,,(Good thing that he doesn't read this forum!)

I am pretty well set on holsters now, after modifying this last one.

Even enough to do some switching around now and then.

I do have to learn and get set up to post some.
Just havent got around to cutting down the quality so as to be able to post them.

Well, that is two drop tests passed!
Some where on here, I mentioned mine!

Oh yeah, it was in "dedicated holsters"!

The wife and I sort of did the same thing with only a CT pocket holster!
But mine hit concrete in the drive way.
Hit both a corner of the slide and the frame. 
Roughed them up enough that they needed a bit of sanding.
