Sweetheart Grips?

Is anybody rocking sweetheart grips on their R51? With the retro styling of this model, seems most apropos to have a pinup or a B&W photo of the GF/wifie.



I'm considering making up some acrylic panels, if there's interest.

I would have to see it done before I made a final judgement call, but my guess is the R51 has too small a grip surface area for something like that. The 1911 is perfect for those because it has such large grips. But I wouldn't mind seeing some trial grips made up. Maybe Rita Hayworth, Ginger Rogers or any of the Vargas girls. But the 1911 almost demands having those grips.

Say, that poor gun has see some humidity hasn't it? I haven't seen one look so bad before. Of course the grips look great!
