Me too.  Returned my first one and have been waiting years and years and years for Remington to send a replacement.

Welcome to the forum. I returned mine finally took the R1 replacement. Won't buy another R51 until it proves it's self as reliable.

This is the exact reply I received a year ago from these idiots.  Once I get my R51 one out of them I'll never buy another Remington product again.
