twist rate?

Does anyone here know the twist rate in the R 51 9MM Pistol?

Seen it, but don't remember for sure.

Seemed surprisingly slow, somewhere like 12 or 16 I think.

I wondered because I had some ammo [tulammo] that was tumbling at the 25 yd. target.  And I also found some oval holes in the tgt.

I'm thinking that this might be the reason for the sub-par accuracy.

I find r51's to be very accurate.  I do better with these than I do with my full sized cz75.  I know what you mean about the keyholing wolf ammo, but even then I was getting pretty tight groups.  Say the size of my fist at 10 yards.

The trigger is the biggest obstacle.  When I dry fire, i find it more difficult to keep the front site from moving around.  Where I put the trigger on my finger seems to make a big difference.

Yes, MR,
I dry fire a lot.  And find the same as you.  It seems it is that "bump" as some call it, at the end just after the sear releases. I too find trigger finger placement to help.  I also found a firmer left hand stabilizing grip seemed to help.  But I still can't say I can do it consistently.
