Hit the range (briefly) today - it was in the low 40s - to test out the cheapest ammo Cabela's has to offer, IMI... I shot 50 rounds of the 124 grain version without a single bobble. I think it's been about 250 rounds now since my last malfunction of any kind! The IMI ammo runs great - I was only shooting steel (at 25 yards) while standing offhand, so I can't really attest to the accuracy, but I hit the target every time while 2-handed and about 90% of the time one-handed. Can't really beat about 20 cents per round! I guess I REALLY need to start reloading 9mm instead of just .45!

Plunkster,
It appears that 9MM is the new .22 as far as plinking goes.  I shoot my R51 every Monday at the range, along with other 9MM guns.
My .45s feel neglected.

So many guns, so little time!
