Took out the other two mags and pulled the Followers.  Removed 3/16ths of the legs
and now all three mags will rack with a full mag.  WOOPEE!  I have no more worries,
problems or anything.  Like Xmas again.  Now I can shoot all I want to,  carry with
no worry and go to the range and have a ball.  With any kind of 9mm ammo.
Now I need to start accumulating more junk 9mm In my range bag.  This
little gun is a real challenge.
     Guys/Gals
do not cut the springs in the mags!    It won't help.  but shortening the legs on the
Followers will make a world of difference.
DO NOT mess with the base plates.  Please!
Interesting.

I've modified the height of followers before, for other guns, in order to stuff one more round in the mag than was factory spec.

What did the legs on the follower look like?  Was there flashing on it or some other indication of poor molding?  This happens a lot on Injection Molded pieces, particularly when the mold is poorly designed or poorly maintained, or if the parts are allowed to get out of spec.  (For reference I worded as a LAN Manager at a plastics mold maker - they had a division specifically for injection molds; I listened and learned a little)

Peace favor your sword,
Kirk

No, there was no flashing on the followers.  They were well formed, and no deformations.  I took a white out pen, and made a mark on each leg and
then made the cut with a Dremel tool.  Took a fine file and smoothed the bottoms of the legs.  All of the mags will now allow the slide to rack with all 7 rounds
in the magazine

So many guns, so little time!
